How to get to Brecey
Brécey is a commune in the department of the Manche and the region of Basse-Normandie. It lies within the Valley of the Sée, a river which flows into bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
Brécey is situated at the junction of two major routes within the department, the D999 between Villedieu les Poêles and St Hilaire du Harcouët and the D911 between Avranches and Sourdeval. The A84 autoroute, known as the autoroute of the estuaries, is less than 15km away and can be accessed both at Avranches and at Villedieu les Poêles.
The closest SNCF railway station is at Villedieu les Poêles (15km). This station lies on the Granville-Paris line and enables connections to the Rennes-Caen line. A faster link to this line can be made from the station at Avranches (17km).
